“Put $5 bill in change dispenser. Got $2.75 out. Sign says service counter opens at 8am, it is 8:15 and no one is here. Nice quiet clean place but getting ripped off and not having someone to talk to when it is advertised that I should is not cool. UPDATE At 830 the owner showed up and gave me the rest of my money. I know it's only $2.25 but in a city where a lot of business owners wouldn't have cared or made it right, Linda did me a solid. Actually after watching her work I can say I have not seen many business owners as kind and diligent as she is. Truly a model of how business owners should treat their customers. Thank you! I will not go anywhere else to do my laundry in the city!”
