“Super helpful. I only needed a couple of tap cartridges, but with literally hundreds of different makes/models, going to one of the big DIY chains wasn't an option. These guys were more than happy to help, found exactly what I needed, which worked first go - couldn't have been easier. And then when I got home and fitted them, I found out the existing screws (cartridges don't come with the tape head screw for some reason) didn't fit, they were happy for me to drop back and gave me the required screws free of charge.
