“Woke up Thx Giving morning to a leaking and broke Hot Water Heater with luke warm water, took a quick shower and called up R&S the Owner Don walked me through it how to get it lit temporary since it was the Holidays he put me on the schedule for the following week, i ran a hose from the leak to my garage drain, he said they would be there by 0900 hrs and they actually showed up at 0850 hrs, within 45 min's he had 1 old one out, and a new one on the way, he put the new one in within 2 hours total time, completed by 1100am. Price was about 500 cheaper than i expected. I will DEF use them again. I wish i would've known about them for my Boiler Replacement, but they were swamped and couldn't get...”
