“From the moment we walked into Rosa Blanca in Allentown until the moment we left, we felt truly welcomed by every member of the staff — including Chef Kourtney herself. Our servers, Ashon and Rob, were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and despite the restaurant being packed, the two of them managed the entire floor flawlessly.
