I was welcomed warmly, and throughout the appointment had a conversation with my hairdresser, and he was exceptional. He inquired as to exactly what I wanted, and how I wanted my hair to look after I was done as he continued to check to see if I was ok with the style. When my appointment was over, I was extremely pleased with the outcome of the styling that I had asked for.
