“This review is long overdue. My husband and I were passing through Houston and called in to see if he could get his hair done. I talked on the phone with Cookie and she was so patient and helpful. We were trying to get his hair washed, detangled and braided in the next couple hours (it needed some work y'all). I sent pictures to Cookie, we talked through the price (which was super reasonable, I might add) and she was ready to take him in an hour on such short notice. Due to various reasons we didn't end up getting his hair done that day, but it was such great customer service I had to write a review. She made the process extremely easy. Next time we are in Houston, this will be our spot!”
