“Stopped in today for lunch with a friend. We were lucky to find street parking right in front. The inside feels familiar to your standard casual Mexican restaurant in Chicago. I ordered the carne asada torta sandwich and my friend ordered the pozole. Right away we were served our drinks and a small sample soup that was perfect for warming up from outside winter weather. The horchata was as good as it gets. Shortly after our food arrived. The torta was a great size, and the bread was incredibly fluffy and delicious. I loved the torta.
