“I had an appointment for colposcopy. Walking in the 1st receptionist Jenny, was very welcoming and polite, giving directions as to where to check in. Going toward the 2nd reception to check in for the actual procedure, the receptionist was extremely loud asking so many personal questions, which is absolutely fine for the NHS record but there’s a way to do it. Someone could easily take the personal informations and do something with them. Also she kept addressing everyone as “darling” like not in a nice way, more rude way.
