“We’re sorry this experience felt upsetting. At pickup, the customer raised a concern which was discussed at that time. She stated she needed the dress for her event and chose to take it with her. We offered a fair resolution, including purchasing the dress at full value, which was declined. The dress was retained by the customer, and a full refund was not appropriate without return of the item. We always aim to resolve concerns professionally and stand by our work.”
