“James and Alex are amazing. I was due to have highlights and the order had been sent to the wrong place. Unfortunate for all. However James did my roots and coloured my hair free and I've rebooted in for highlights. Now that is customer service. Bless him thank you James. He didn't have to do this he dud it because he cares and I really appreciated it. My hair looks fab I feel younger. He is the best. Second time meeting Alex what a really nice guy and good at his job. Great guys thanks again...”
