“I purchased a last minute order from Jenz Events. I was a little skeptical because of their required documentation which is mention in the contract prior to making purchase. I looked up this policy and realized that many rental companies and furniture/ equipment rental places ask for photo ID + a recent utility bill to verify identity and address. This is a very common practice, especially when the rentals involves high-volume of item, risk of loss/damages. If you take the time to read their contract, nothing should come as a surprise to you.
