“Charles and his team are fab! My son and I have been going here for a while now, haircuts are perfect every single time and Charles is so welcoming and friendly. I had a recent stressful episode where id been shredding my hair from anxiety and Charles fixed it beautifully with zero judgement (although think it would be nigh on impossible to ever feel judged in there, it is such an inclusive environment!)
