“I had an amazing customer experience. The employee-Caitlin showed professionalism and I would like to recognize her work. A few weeks ago I came to the laundromat and lost my wallet. I asked an employee to help me. Thank god I bumped into Caitlin. I asked her for assistance and she was more then happy to help me look. It was close to closing time and Caitlin stopped cleaning to assist me. Long story short, she located my wallet in another customers cart.
