“Omg! Never been here before, and I tried using the laundry mat fast card, first few times wouldnt take my card then after using different card, I got a fast card and it charged me. Went to use on washer, an a got h happened and there was no money on it!?!? Technology for you!! So I called number they have posted for assistance, Ms. Teresa hands down the greatest lady, great heart, and amazing customer service. I sent her validation that the machine did charge me, and within a few minutes she had resolved and money on my card!!!!!! If only all stores had clones of Ms. Teresa!!! Thank you!!!!!
