“It was New Year’s Eve. The man was open and taking walk-ins! AND it was under $20!!! My person got a great cut with a quickness. He said the atmosphere was real good. Customers when he arrived but went quickly to his turn, with customers coming in. Seemed like some men lived close and may have been there just for the neighborhood chit chat as well. Said it was all around a pleasant experience. I had not found this for my friend in three years around my neighborhood. Finally! Barber Brian is located in Scappoose.”
