Tonight, I had a most pleasant experience with Jordan. The day got away from me and it was 8:39 before I realized we all needed to eat. I called North End and the phone rang about 10+ times before it was answered n that indicated to me that they were indeed busy. BUT Jordan answered with the most pleasant attitude and demeanor.
